nice action shot...good positioning, Michael

Thanks for looking. The shot was a bit more tricky than it looks. I did not want to use a flash but the lights were not really focused on his face. Therefore his face is not a well lit as I would have liked. The lights were yellow which explains the tone. What I really like is the lead guitarist in the background.

.... and yes, the guitarist in the background helps to set the mood and balances the photo... I use to take alot of band/entertainment photos years ago... working with alot of color lighting is tricky... good job

Well shot given the lighting issues beyond your control. The guitarist in the BG makes the shot, true, but your focus on the other guitarist's pick hand is fantastic. The rest of the shot emmanates from there. Well done.
