What a beautiful child! And how you do her justice Daniel. The pose, the lighting, the blur ... nothing to get in the way of this angelic countenance. Despite the prejudice against kiddie pics you often find in here, I'm rating it 7/7. Congratulations! Top portraiture!

I think a vertical orientation would work better here. I'm not crazy about the crop, I think it would look better if you had included more of her neck/chest.

I would prefer it without the blur with the green halo around her hair. She is a very sweet model and your exposure as well as the focus on her face is good.
