gp1664880838 0 Posted April 10, 2007 An alternate title for this photo could be "Battle Swan" or "Flying Torpedo". Very original capture! Link to comment
carlos miguez 0 Posted April 10, 2007 Fantastica y originalisima perspectiva. Hartos ya de tantos cisnes inmoviles como estatuas de nieve, he aqui un cisne que parece salirse de la pantalla y lleno de vida. Sensacional, maestra. Link to comment

rogro 0 Posted September 30, 2007 It is the first time I see a total different perspective of this graceful bird. A swan turn into a prey bird! One of my favorites from your portfolio. Thank you for sharing it with us, Marina! Link to comment
sweeney 0 Posted December 13, 2007 A fantastic image. It is so crisp and clear and the detail in the water. You've got it just right here from lighting to shutter speed. Beautiful Link to comment
finimage 0 Posted July 6, 2008 Maria, this is totally captures the raw power that a swan puts down when taking off on water. The image shows the focused effort of the bird as it makes for graceful flight from it's reserved swim...the very effort in between these two states is in juxtaposition to the classicaly portrayed demeanour of the Swan, making an image such as this (and this is a particularly unique example) an even more powerful portrail of the bird in it's true state. The framing, mood and lighting only serve to reinforce the energy in the shot. An Artistic and Technical Masterpiece!!!! Link to comment
