How much do you like this one ?

What do you think about T-Max 100 ? I find it wonderfully sharp with tendence to block shadows, but this is also because of dynamic range of my scanner..

I really like this picture; it gives me a feeling of involvement with the model, even though she clearly has reservations about something. The lighting is excellent, and the tonality is very smooth and effective. I do think that the branch in the foreground is superfluous and the picture would be much cleaner without it. You've also done an excellent job of separating the model from the background.

Shoot more B&W -- it looks like you're good at it!

I love this photo! I am torn about the branch, part of me says, it's tells a story about the location of this photo. Another part of me says it is a major distraction. Top notch comp and lighting. I am impressed with what you have created. And I love her expression, very thought provoking.

Judging by the white lump to left of the branch at the bottom of the frame I'd say she is probably holding the branch. If so, then including her hand holding the branch might help this shot, especially if you can turn the shot from landscape mode to portrait mode. Otherwise, even moving her head back a bit so her chin isn't actually in contact with the branch could help a fair bit.

Overall, very well done. Bye for now.

Hmm, this is a lovely shot... but. I would like it better with the branch a little to the left of her face and positioned so as to follow the coutour of the face. I also find the bright spot from the bit of knuckle distracting.

very strong image with great eye contact, but why have an out of focus branch running through the image?

Great eye contact. I like the shot.

The branch is not well placed and really removes a lot to the picture (imho).

Very sharp, great contrast. I'm not big on the position of the stick. In fact, I think it would have been bette off without it.

Yes yes, this branch was part of composition and from series of shots this one I liked most.

Next time I'll be more carefull about unusual objects in composition, not everybody likes it.

I like the idea of the diagonal element, but I feel it should have been placed a little lower and off more to the right in the composition. She's got great eyes...
