barry_needle 0 Posted June 6, 2002 Superb shot! (nice to see another TLR user on the site!). Barry Needle. Link to comment
jean_francois_amadei 0 Posted June 8, 2002 What do you think about this photo ? I shot it quickly, while walking around. It seems nice to my eyes, but at the same time, it seems to miss something to make it really beautifull. But I probably would take the same one tommorrow. Indeed I don't know what is wrong or missing. How could it be better ? Can you help ? Thanks in advance ! Link to comment
michelle a. 0 Posted June 8, 2002 This is a wonderful image! I see nothing wrong with it......wish it were mine... Link to comment
mistym 0 Posted June 8, 2002 It looks surreal- did you edit it or anything? It's very crisp and it was a great catch with the horse's lip caught up on the other's nose like that. Link to comment
jean_francois_amadei 0 Posted June 9, 2002 I "photoshoped" it in order to remove one wire, running in front of the horses, at the height of their legs (top of the legs). But this is the only editing I made. The horses were really looking like this about 1.5 meter in front of me... In fact they were looking at the dog I was walking with (a 2 years old newfoundland dog). I think that the fact it is so crisp must be the result of the 6*6 negative, a stable handling of the TLR (I guess it was 1/250th of a second, but I am not sure), and the Fuji Frontier scan... mistym 0 Posted June 14, 2002 Wow - well i think another thing that makes it look so surreal is how the horizon line is almost perfectly behind the horses so that you see grass below them and sky above - it's an excellent catch! Link to comment
bob stewart jacksonville 0 Posted June 25, 2002 Very nice image. Only improvement might be a little fill flash to put a catch light in their eyes. Link to comment
