martin_bosshard 0 Posted May 23, 2002 Victor: It was taken in the Caribbean (St. Martin - a French Colony in the south-easter Caribbean) I was told that they are natives of SE Asia, but that they had been imported there - the picture was taken at a butterfly farm I believe that this is specifically the Idea leuconoe chersonesia (Mangrove Tree Nymph) which is sometimes found in Singapore / Malaysia. I am told it is relatively rare, especially in Singapore. Regards Link to comment
