Wow... spectacular color... supernatural! The capture, though, is a little soft and grainy. Can you run some sharpening on it? Very cool shot

yes Matt, you`re right but I don`t use PS, only Picasa lowdown soft, thus if I sharpen noise appears...

you're also right, mr.(or mrs.) firefox, but an all-in-focus orchid's shot would seem too common for my taste, that's why I used f5.6 in my beloved 70-300mm [equiv.to 105-450mm on my D-80] in order to obtain shallow DOF! Anyway, pardon me sir (or mrs.)for being so rigid in my aesthetics so far.
