emc 0 Posted March 28, 2007 The most difficult thing about photographing rice is the ability to blow out the highlights. (I have this problem whenever an entree is set on a white dish.) The upper left portion of the roll looks a little too hot. Good color, sharpness, etc. Food photography is not my forte'. Looks good to me. Link to comment
doug harrington photograph 0 Posted March 28, 2007 Actually the detail is there in the top left corner. I deliberately have blown it out. I actually find that small amounts of blown out areas gives some photo the punch they need. Thanks for your critques though, much appreciated. Doug Link to comment
