WOW! What an incredible image! Fantastic job!

Nice ... sorta a fire and ice theme with the fiery skies in the horizon and the ice in the foreground.

And I don't mean just the ice.

How do you do it, every image is better than the last. The exposure & composition of the ice is Outstanding. You must live in an area with little smog & dirt in the air.Around here the ice is all a dirty black & brown.Regards-Ross

Ross, I actually live in downtown Ottawa and this was taken a 5 min-drive away from my place, on the Ottawa river (hence the clean look). That said, sunsets have been rather dull this winter, and this one was one of the few that was decent enough, so I tried to take advantage of it. I am glad you like it :-)

I prefer this one, as i like the cooler feeling.

Seems you are quite comfortable with your SW lens.:-)

Thanks Andrew, I definitely like the cooler feel of this one as well...it's the reason I put it up although the sky isn't as nice as in the others. As far as the SW goes, boy, it has completely transformed my photography! I absolutely adore it (in fact it barely comes off my camera any more).
