I would only wish for more sharpness to see the baby's features better, but the lighting and expression are really nice.

I agree with Terri... beautiful lighting and emotion, but a bit unsharp. Maybe it's just due to resolution? It might also be nice if the floor were darker to put even more focus on the baby's face. But even with those "wishes" it is still a beautiful image, and my favourite in your potfolio.
