regis 0 Posted March 13, 2007 I know, I know - you must be really bored seeing that tree again, but when I first saw this scene in real, this rocks location and clouds formation - pointing directly at the ?soloist? ? then I knew what picture title and composition would be. You may not believe about colours ? but it?s truly pure nature. Please see the larger version. Link to comment
momente 0 Posted March 13, 2007 Perhaps a bit too polarized (especially around the edges and on some cloud-portions), but definitely a spectacular, dramatic, somewhat unusual scape. Well seen. Link to comment
torfinn 0 Posted March 13, 2007 WOW! Good colours, composition, and reflections. Excellent work. Best regards, Torfinn. Link to comment
dmo_galleries_chicago_phot 0 Posted March 13, 2007 Beautiful scene with great colors. I might have composed slightly differently to take the tree out of the center of the frame. Link to comment
regis 0 Posted March 13, 2007 Doug It was a main point to have this tree in the centre. I wanted this composition to look like an actor playing on a scene with audience looking at him - but this is just my idea of it. Thanks for your comment. Cheers - Piotr Link to comment

dougie 0 Posted March 17, 2007 Excellent light on this well photographed Lochan. I spend lots of time here and each time the light changes everything 20 times a minute. You have here a very nice image from Scotlands most famous tree. All the very best, Dougie Link to comment
ewan_adamson 0 Posted September 20, 2008 Hi Piotr, great picture. Really, really impressed with your photos (I saw them first when your wife brought a few of them into work to show us). It might be easier said than done, but I honestly think you should release a calendar (or something...) of your photos, if only because your images are far more atmospheric and engaging than most landscape photography calendars I've seen on sale in bookshops and the like. Thought you might be interested in this guy's work:- http://www.alexboyd.co.uk/ You might recognise some familiar locations from his Scottish landscape photography. Anyway, I'm interested to see the pictures you come up with in your new home. Keep up the good work. Ewan Link to comment
