Link to comment
lyle carroll 0 Posted March 11, 2007 Wonderful tones and composition. The dog in the frame makes it all come together. Great start to your portfolio. Link to comment
sinnae 0 Posted March 12, 2007 This is really quite beautiful. I was a little distracted by the all-over contrastiness and heavy detailing in every surface of the subject (everything is so sharp and precise and minutely detailed that it's at first hard to find a focal point), but I think the presence of the dog (that is, the presence of something live, organic and soft-edged compared to the hard edges of the rest of the picture) gives the image cohesion. I love it. Link to comment
paolo barthelemy 0 Posted March 12, 2007 I wish to thank Bryon, Masood, Baerbel, Deb, Jitka, Angelo, Lyle and Petter for their very kind comment. A particular thank is due to Mr. G.Q. and to Sinnae, fot their deep analysis that build a really helpful path in the reading of the shot. My best wishes to all! Paolo Link to comment
