corkman 0 Posted March 10, 2007 I created this to attract all the 3/3 people with the need to release all their pent up anger with things beyond their narrow perspective of the way they believe things should be. I've given them lots to hate using a total of 11 PhotoShop filters and tools starting with a closeup photo of a dandelion about to seed. They get their release. I had fun doing it. The large format print looks great on the wall. And everybody's happy! Life is good. Link to comment
creative art and photograp 0 Posted March 10, 2007 Mr. Evans- Love your attitude and the fact that you can navigate so many filters with some really good results! Keep it up and let her rip!! Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted March 10, 2007 If your plea for 3/3's is reverse psychology, I don't think that is necessary. If other's don't see this as good work, well, that is their problem and their loss. This is good work. BTW--I think there are 3/3 bots...so some people get 3/3s from a computer! So really, don't take the numbers seriously. Don't even take the comments too seriously, as they can distract you from your goals as a photographer if you aren't careful. Again, good work! Link to comment
kent_barry 0 Posted March 10, 2007 I quite like what you've done with this. I see someone already gave you the 3/3 you requested... Link to comment
corkman 0 Posted March 10, 2007 Bill, as a writer of satirical humor columns for the past 12 years I guess the attitude comes with the territory. Joan - saw your excellent work and also noted that you are 77 - I turned 76 last month and agree with you that photography is a great way to keep the mind and creative spirit young. Chip, didn't intend to use reverse psychology but, in retrospect, see exactly what you mean. Alberto, thanks for generous rating, you do such a great job with flowers thought you might be put off by a digital representation of them, glad I was wrong. Kent, the total is now three 3/3s which is disappointing - expected more of them to crawl from underneath their rocks to register their no-comment critiques, but the day is young. Link to comment
