Thank you all for comments :)Answering some of your questions, this is Loch Etive in Glen Etive, close tu Glen Coe in Scotish Highlands.

Technically it's ten shots, 3 exp. each so 30 shot for HDR, stiched in PTGui.Camera Canon 1DS mkII, with 24-105mm at 24mm, f 13, iso 50, shutter 1\10

Thanks for watching :)

The shadows seems to be kind off off. Also right corner indicates the sun was around there but the store shadows are like sun in the viewer's back...

Thanks for sharing so much practical information about how this photograph was developed. I am just starting to wander down the road of HDR and really appreciate the guidance.

If I could get anywhere close to an image as good as this I would be very happy.

More please!

Spectacular! The lighting is perfect! The rocks in the foreground (both on the surface and submerged) work very well to add interest to the shot. 7/7!

This is amazing. One of the most impressive landscapes I've ever seen. And what a display of technical virtuosity in the HDR technique and photostitching! Really awesome.

Very clear and sharp with a good selection of tones. Also nice composition. Which camera system did you use for this, purely out of interest. Thanks mike

Since 2003 I've looked at probably thousands of landscape images at this site. Overall, for me this particular image and others in your portfolio represent the best! 7/7

I think that the beautiful scene above could benefit from a composition that wasn't so centered. I just don't get completely comfortable with the composition, I want to see more of the scene. Is this a crop of a larger frame?

I love it. The symmetry helps the central composition to work. Beautifully Scottish. Congratulations. Regards, Michael
