The cropping is unusual, but that alone won't hold our interest. I don't find much emotion or imagination in this photo. It doesn't seem as if you're saying much here, other than to show us a nice male body. I'd encourage you to think about what you would like to say about this person or his body and find a special and personal way to communicate that. Think about light, contrast, and your own feelings. Otherwise, it's just a picture of a torso. You've done a wonderful job of portraying life and expression with your portraits of children and the male portraits which include the eyes. Now you have to somehow capture that spirit in the body. And, of course, there's no rule that says you have to exclude facial expressions with a nude.

I quite like the crop, it just needs to be a bit sharper, keep up the good work.... Kim :o)
