joseph_ho 0 Posted April 29, 2002 I got recruited to shoot a wedding in Taiwan mainly for interfamily political reasons and got shots they wanted as well as odd things that interested me. One "odd" thing was the lack of formality compared to a western wedding and their hired entertainment for the night, show girls! An above this, the parents felt no guilt in letting their small children witness all of it. This shot shows the stage during the performance. Link to comment
david yama 0 Posted April 29, 2002 As they say a picture should tell a story...this one certainly does. I like the boys in the background watching the show (or is it you they are watching?) Great shot. I think I would like to see one with the dancer's faces to see if I like that one better. David. Link to comment
alex1 0 Posted May 28, 2002 I think the children's complete disinterest in the lights and girls is well captured here, and effectively highlighted by the young boy pointing at the camera. The smoke and the fact that we can only see the bodies of the ladies adds to my perception that they are worlds apart. I only wish the boy's hand didn't obscure his face. Great photo. Link to comment
