Woodward City Man

This is one of about 8 or 10 I shot of this man riding his bike

along a street at night in Detroit. I slowed to his speed as I shot

through my car windshield.

in a world of blah, blah, blah photographs...this is so refreshingly extraordinary. too bad that this photograph probably won't garner marks as good as an out of focus snapshot of a cat sleeping... unfortunate and unfair...

I agree with previous comment. You have some room to crop out the bottom and noone would know that this was shot from a car and maybe you would be heaped with oooohhhs and ahhhhhs...maybe you still will... anyways I love the grain and atmosphere.

I really like it too, definetly cought my eye.

Good photo, you've got a nice range of values and it really captures the mood of the place, great work!
