jfrey43 0 Posted February 23, 2007 Yes, these are Trumpeter or Mute swans. I have 3 of these that hang out in a stream near my house and I have several photos here on Photo.net. These are beautiful birds and you done a good job capturing them. Good detail on the head... Link to comment
krmhlz 0 Posted February 23, 2007 Highlights slighly blown on the breast of the lead swan (very difficult direct light there), but otherwise as fine a portrait of this elegant bird as one could ask. The angles of the birds' heads creat a nice interactive dynamic, and that background blue is just gorgeous. Really nice work here, JanetJeff H: The birds are not "Trumpeter or Mute Swans". They are Trumpeter Swans, correctly identified as such by the photographer. Link to comment
