arnabbanerjee 0 Posted February 22, 2007 Thanks a lot for all your comments. This is one of my favorite photos from my last trip to Greece - but I wanted to know what others will like about it or not. Thanks for letting me know your feedbacks - they were very helpful. Link to comment
ben.goossens 0 Posted February 26, 2007 I love the simplicity and the light atmosphere, still a person on the foreground and it would still more perfect. Best regards, ben Link to comment
arnabbanerjee 0 Posted June 14, 2007 Emre: The photo is a composite, but both photos taken on the same morning - pretty much from the same location. The sea view was shot almost looking at the same angle from the sun as I shot the door to ensure light directions match (the original view behind the door was distratcting - see "Greece" folder in my portfolio - and my vision was to combine it with a simple sea background). I guess what fooling you is that I darkened the sea shot a lot to emphasize the light and shade on indoor floor and wall. May be I should have left it a little brighter to avoid the confusion Link to comment
emre 0 Posted June 15, 2007 I was not confused; I immediately understood that it was a composite. The brightness levels gave it away. Link to comment
arnabbanerjee 0 Posted June 15, 2007 Thanks Emre for honest feedback - looks like I have to tune it further to maintain a harmony of lighting Link to comment
kezia 0 Posted November 15, 2007 I love the composition and light on the interior. I don't mind it being a composite, but unfortunately I agree that the lighting outside does not match. However, it is worth fixing and I look forward to seeing a new version with brighter seaview. Link to comment
