Lighting and tones are good. I know there is this school of thought about the tilt of the head as you are showing it, but I think less tilt and chin a bit more down and more engagement of her eyes with the camera would liven up the portrait. I need to look in your portfolio for more shots from this shoot...

I am impressed of here somehow 'cheerless' face, a face with charisma. Great model for portrait photography.
