Guest Guest Posted April 26, 2007 This is one of the best images I've come across on photo.net. A true work of art and full of beauty. Hats off to the artist! Link to comment

marshallgrads 0 Posted May 6, 2007 Her skin tone is so soft, yet the detail and sharpness of the photo is astounding. Her hair (across the face and eyebrows are so distinct, yet the picture has a softness to it. How was this done? Great picture. Link to comment

murrayatuptowngallery 0 Posted May 6, 2007 Regarding 'too much black', doesn't bother me. Reminds me of both a personal choice of lighting and the look of mezzotint (in the mezzotint engraving process the un-engraved printing plate will print all black due to the burred texture and the lighter tonal areas are due to varying degrees of burr removal). Back to topic, I like the black background, but that's just my unqualified opinion. Link to comment

pil_h. 0 Posted May 7, 2007 Nice! I have to reiterate about the great lighting. The image has a wonderful gradation of tones throughout. The contrast of the wet hair strands against the milky skin really makes the picture. May I ask what lens you used? Link to comment
neilpeters 0 Posted May 7, 2007 Perfection in art. In modeling and photography. A classic for all time. So much could be written about this image, it's birth and life, influence and impact. To say I love it is not enough. This is also modeling at it's very finest. Link to comment
paperfenix 0 Posted December 17, 2007 Fascinante y elegante imagen, los cabellos en el rostro de la modelo son un delicado y bien pensado toque de glamour. La tonalidad en la piel pareciera de una delicada pieza de ceramica. Excelente trabajo. Link to comment
