maria hrabinska 0 Posted February 17, 2007 Very good, Cherlyn, again you captured the scene extraordinary. Her face and position of her body tell the whole story. Enjoy your trip, maria Link to comment
syalphotography 0 Posted February 17, 2007 Like the black and white presentation very much, great job, cherlyn!! Link to comment
jefvandenhoute 0 Posted February 18, 2007 Strong capture. I think the B/W rendering is adding here to the impact, because it's concentrating on the woman's handling and look, without the 'exotic' colours Link to comment
azenall 0 Posted February 18, 2007 A great work in B&W. Thanks for your comments in my photos. Regards. Link to comment
dave_dube 10 Posted February 19, 2007 Cherly, great perspective for sure. Now, being totally objective, since that's what this should all be about. Too many newer members are thinking, "I'll give you 6's and you should give me 6's", ugh.Anyway, your use of the blur tool is too obvious. I understand your attempt but a softer brush size with less flow may have worked better. Aren't we the lucky ones! Your PN friend, Dave Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted February 19, 2007 Cherlyn, have a nice vacation! I wait to see your results from that visit! What is impressive in that image is the woman's expression and the way she seats, also her placement on the frame. She looks very worried toward the new day. Good one Cherlyn. Link to comment
garydad 0 Posted February 20, 2007 Beautiful image Cherlyn. How do you keep cranking out these lovely shots?! I do agree with Dave's blur tool comment. I noticed that her left hand and the rope in the upper center of the image are blurred yet they are in the same plane as elements that are sharp. I would love to see the image without any blur. Congrats on another beautiful shot! Link to comment
krpradu 125 Posted February 20, 2007 This shot is a so good moment of life captured, and for this I like it.I do not like the to obvious blur that catch my view from the first moment and reduce the power of this shot. All my best to you dear Cherlyn, regards,Radu. Link to comment

Guest Guest Posted February 23, 2007 I have declared total war to all 3/3 and to all the bad raters; kindly see my last image; one OK from you might scare them all. I am ready to receive information about these worms and to send it to all my friends. The idea is to rate their work as they deserve! Best regards, Catalin Link to comment
paula grenside 0 Posted February 24, 2007 A moment of life on the river of great effect, Cherlyn. The B&W makes this more dramatic. Link to comment
