blowingsky 0 Posted February 12, 2007 Very interesting composition and a great overall idea but in my opinion the image would be better served by 1. shifting the point of focus to the cup. Right now it seems to be on the object at top right and 2. letting the shadow go darker so the highlights are not so blown out. You might have to reshoot to get more detail or texture in the foreground white of the cup, or at least to the highlights inside the cup. Link to comment

blowingsky 0 Posted February 13, 2007 You're welcome. I thought about this yesterday and you could also play with this in a photo manipulating program and make it more abstract or like a painting--to good effect. If that doesn't offend your photographic sensibilities. Link to comment
