Is that a HDR image ?

The composition is really nice but the contrast (shadows) is quite washed out to my taste.

Wonderful capture.

I am wondering about just one thing, The lines of small waves are clearly visible where waterfall gives the idea of slow shutter speed. Slow shutter speed doesn't have any effect over lake surface. How do you do it?

Would love to have some technical details.
