I took many pictures in China of the objects of daily life. This

image of cookware has been altered through PS and by blending it with

a photo-collage that I did several years ago.. I like to have images

of objects in perspective lose their dimensionality when viewed one

way and then be able to regain it again, so there is somethiing

playful in the process of viewing. My goal is to have the colors in

this piece work that way too. Thanks for your comments and suggestions

At the same time, however, it doesn't feel like a photograph any more. It's so completely unrecognizeable as a photo, at least on my screen, that I think it becomes something elseﾅlet's call it "digital art."

That's not necessarily a bad thing. But it might affect how you bill yourself if you're trying to get a show.
