colin_lam 0 Posted April 19, 2001 I swear I have seen this photo on the front cover of a brochure for some Australian University thing, did you allow that? Link to comment

scott_dowd 0 Posted June 1, 2001 A great image, thought out and well executed. I an bothered though by the Hot spot on the path. Is this due from the scan or is it pure white? Link to comment
LenMarriott 9 Posted July 23, 2001 Kiet, In my opinion this shot is the least in an excellent folder. Ditto Scott's comment on the hot spot & Mike's more general comment. Best, LM Link to comment
nickperzik 0 Posted September 10, 2001 this is a really beautiful photograph. good job! i'm not bothered by the hot spot at all. it is what it is. if it was there for no reason and was just a blank spot on the film that would be one thing, but it's not. it's actually pretty cool looking. the only thing -- and it's a small thing -- is because the composition is pretty much symmetrical, the big highlight being in the middle, creates a very strong vertical line right down the center and your eye tends to sit on one side or the other. had you waited until later in the day when the light was coming in at an angle, it would have been on one side and created some tension to keep your eye moving around. but with a shot this pretty, that's really a small thing. to echo an earlier comment: this photo kicks ass! gpd 0 Posted July 2, 2002 Beautiful. I could add a comment on every picture in this folder - they're all sublime. I don't think the hotspot in the foreground detracts from this photo at all. Link to comment
natalie_nguyen 0 Posted July 11, 2003 I have been here; it is not easy to take a good picture here. Please let me know what time of the day you took this photo. Well done. Thank you for sharing your images. Link to comment
