razvan 0 Posted February 6, 2007 Fantastic photo and a amazing creature. Everyone that I've shown this photo was really impressed and most of your portfolio. This species made me curious, what's her name, what he/she eat, where she/he lives? I'am asking all these things because I've never seen something like that before. Fantastic colors as always, best regards! Razvan Link to comment
cyrus khamak 0 Posted February 8, 2007 I thank you for the friendship you have shown me and also for your comment and appreciation of my work. This is a reptile from Madagaskar and it's common name is Leaftail Gecko. The eyes on this one is actually bigger than any other one I have seen in this species. It eats insects and it's happy doing so! Thank you again, Cheers. Link to comment
lucyhollis 2 Posted March 6, 2007 The colour over all really grabs me, even before I look at the detail! Good composition too. The eye level viewpoint works particularly well here. Link to comment

kconiff 0 Posted April 14, 2008 I love the framing with the plants around the gecko's head. Beautiful colors, lighting, and exposure. About the only thing I would like would be a bit more depth of field. Link to comment
