This image is blah... I keep looking for something interesting, like a person, or snowman, or even anything colorful... but there's nothing. You would do better adding some extra element to your image that peaks the viewer's interest... without that extra element you have a plain, boring winter landscape.

Well Mark I sort of agree with Erin, but I don't think you necessarily "HAVE" to have some other element. I think what you are trying to portray here is a sense of solitude and cold? Very nice effort. Maybe just recomposing the shot a bit next time may lead to different result. Or here is an idea..crop some of the right side off which would eliminate the building and one of the tire marks. Also, may want to check your white balance, as snow and sand can come across blue, as the snow has done here. All is simply my humble opinion, I am by no means an expert.
