gerhardt 0 Posted February 1, 2007 From a new series soon ... This post brings the good news of my recently released book The Sun Drenched Nude now available at http://www.infocuspublishing.net/inc/sdetail/129 Link to comment
bgw 0 Posted February 2, 2007 Beautiful picture with lovely interplay of shadows and long lines of highlights. But i must protest at the title of your book (which i'm sure will be equally as beautiful as your contributions on this site) which will incur jealousy in any photographer located here in Scotland, for obvious midge-ridden, drizzle raddled and dreich February type of reasons. Good Luck! Link to comment
Karl Schuler 48 Posted February 2, 2007 Dear Gerhardt, what I admire in your photos is this unique mix of sharpness and smoothness, the clear, rather simple but vital composition of the surrounding landscape and of course the silk like glow of the bodies. Artistic and technical perfection. Thanks for sharing your photos. It is always a pleasure to see your work growing. Karl Link to comment
jkwiatkowski 0 Posted February 2, 2007 Perfect body in a great pose. Would you consider changing the crop a bit, just a little tilt to the left to have the top edge of the stairs perfectly horizontal? What I also find a bit disturbing to the eye is the small white spot in the deep background. This is a great piece of photographic art. Thank you for sharing it with us. lightworks 0 Posted February 2, 2007 This is most certainly (imho) the Forum image of the week - just a perfect use of light and subject in a brilliant composition that conveys the best in fine art figurework. Thank you for sharing Gerhardt. I veru much reccommend you new and excellent book, 'The Sun Drenched Nude' - just amazing. 7/7 for the book and this submission. Link to comment

sonnyde 0 Posted February 11, 2007 Is a low, almost silent yet audible "wow" a critique? I have no words that would do this art-work proper justice. So I'll just continue to stare. <>< Sonny <> Link to comment
