A cold winter day

I love this shot. The frame is kept as simple yet effective as it can. The atmospheric perspective here has produced depth. The composition is very eye-catching with the motifs placed on the golden means. The group of people on the left point have created a very strong focal point since they are grouped together creating a cmplicated zone which balance the rest of the frame. The emphasis on this zone is through recognition, position, and complexity. The effect is instantaneous. there is a sheer contrast between the primary and secondary focal point. The naked man who is jogging absorbs the visual importance due to his

status. His wearing only a short in contrast with the group of people who are wearing heavy overcoats. It gives us an idea how cold it is, and equally we ask ourselves how come the figure on the right has little on. The contrast between body positions ia eye-catching too. The group of people on the left are standing still-maybe they are paralyzed by chill in the air, but the jogging figure on the right convey the sense of movement. The balck and white choice has been great since it has taken away the color that would undermind the visual effect of lines and the vertical figures contrasting against the outstretched horizon and the beach. nice exposure. really well-done.
