Interesting composition. Quite original...

Another highly successful effort. Again, the overcast lighting is perfect here.

The light rain from earlier in the day helped too, I think. I like the bleed through that shows the text and color.

I like the idea and executtion of this series, especially this one is so very significant. The newspaper of yesterdays....

Newspapers come to mind, but they're quite a bit smaller. I have no idea what the purpose of the publication is. Maybe I should have peeled them apart to get some clues, but somehow tampering with the scene seemed inappropriate.

The publication's contents are not very important here, but the significance of it, as is, under foot.

Geez Carl, while the rest of us are struggling to find "awesome" subjects, you manage to make a piece of art out of things you find under foot. I like the series very much so far; I just hope you draw the line at certain objects (~;

Sorry, Hanna, I had a great shot of a dead bird that I deleted a while back, but I now have a place to put it. :-) I'll hold off for a while so you can check out new uploads without fear of being grossed out.
