I think there is a 2nd photo especially as the title is Fishing Boats. The attracton for me is the fishing boats and the coconut trees. So for this 2nd photo, I would have eliminated the grey water in the foreground. I would have focused on fewer boats - perhaps including the 'right-side' boats (the one with the green Hull)included a small amount of water and the 'greenery' behind the boats. This is an artistic consideration so feel free to ignore.
