Interesting shot. I just wanted to see more of her body.

I think it is interesting too... perhaps strange!

 

I might of preferred it if it had been taken on a hard surface. Her right hand disappearing into the soft matress is a little off putting.

Those photos on the wall take my eyes off the model, I think it would be better if those photos were not visible. Her posing & expression: well done.

Thanks for your input Timo. Let me explain why we have kept the photos there:

This series is shot in a very "erotic" hotel in Amsterdam (www.amsterdam37.com), where all rooms have erotic art on the walls. The pictures in the background are by Trevor Watson, who, some years back also worked for DeMask. Not only do I respect his work, but also the erotic atmosphear of the unique hotel. It would have been very easy for us to remove the frame, and clone the nail away in CS2. Instead we lifted the bootom of the frame out from the wall (with clay) to prevent our lights from reflecting in the glass. Hope this clears things a bit ;-)

Okay..that was a good thing to know...never heard about "erotic hotels" here in Finland! :)
