I posted this because I'd like some feedback on facial retouching.

Did I do OK or does this need a bunch more work? Any helpful tips

such as plug-ins you've found helpful in photoshop or just techniques

Nice job. For whatever it's worth, you kept the skin tones real, yet smooth without too much detail as I have found that most clients really don't want others to see the imperfections most of us have. I don't know if that was your goal, but was achieved. Great!
