The lady sitting with her hat on is what makes this photo stand out! Great job on selective focus. It could have been a more standard architectural/structural type shot, but the placement of the lady in the field of focus was a good choice.

The arm rail at the top is distracting, it looks like you just put it there to fill negative space.

Good idea. Pretty Phatty. I wish I could have seen more of the woman's face though. But I do really like it.

This has a lot of draw into the photograph, but I also don't like the first rung. I think I would suggest cropping the photo through it, eliminating the top part of the city. Actually, slicing off the top part of the arc does it, and still keeps the concentric effect.

Unfortunately the arm support cuts the lady's neck.

The perspective appears good however, and the idea is original.
