Yep, fun and enjoyed looking for this for hours it seems, now we find it with ease, but not as bright because the nMoon is geting full now...thrill to see such a wonder of nature !

Nice one Roger. My attempt to capture Mcnaught failed a bit. But as you said before, to see it hanging there in the sky was something special. I was camping in Foster when I saw it and have to say that you country people have much better sky's than us city dwellers. The amount of stars you could see was incredible. I might go to the prom in March for a night or two, to make some shots of the coast line. It would be nice to catch up with you on the way. I'll be driving right through your little town. Regards to Linda, Uwe.

I like this because it is beyond the ability of most people to capture it. To see it is spectacular since I got to watch the comet Hale Bop over Tuscon Arizona for six hours while lounging on my parents deck drinking martini's. This image is a once in a lifetime capture that should not be minimalized.

At the time I had to work blind, first time with the digital and long exposures...manual, and a lot of bad shots, then this...luck and a bit of guidance from above I guess....fools get all the luck after all...smile !
