Very nice shot. Take this criticism with a grain of salt. I would have liked to seen more DOF, a bit more tight and clean shot of the little boy. Love the tone, CR, and content. He does look like he is tired of pics. Very well done.

Hmmmm... I'm the master of commenting "get in closer" and "crop tighter" - and I was attracted to this image because I think the framing works (I knew it was violating my general impression of compositions). The other reaction I would normally have is I dislike him being centered - but cropping out the bottom makes the picture weaker as it seems to be telling the story of a journey in life - some steps behind him, much more to go (and uphill too).
