I can feel the cold !

Generally I'd like the snow to be white not blue, but in this case I think that the underexposure adds to the isolation that you felt when you took the picture. If you make the snow white, this becomes an ordinary snap shot. Well done.

i guess you don't want to have a medical emergency out there would you? at least they have electricity! great emptiness conveys the scale effectively. the small person toiling against the vast and never ending winter. love it. regards, J.K.
