I agree with the other comments but... her toenails are a real issue. It may just be the shadowing or it may be the real thing, you should clean them up in either case.

I like the composition and the overall aesthetic very much. I think there is something lacking in the model's face/hair though. Could have had more interest/intensity. And then perhaps your reflection is not necessary. Best
