jan_piller 0 Posted January 23, 2007 Really nice catch! Great shot Jeff! Not only is the sunlight wonderful, it highlights the little bit of snow on the path makeing a really great composition. I clicked the "larger" tab and it really pops then! Well done! Link to comment
jeffgermo 0 Posted January 23, 2007 Thanks for the encouraging comments, Henry and Jan. There is a color version as well. http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=5490964 Some like color and others b&w. Jan Link to comment
williammccarey 0 Posted January 24, 2007 I like it. The glare works well here. The B&W leaves more to the imagination. Good shot. 6/6 anon Link to comment
Leonard-just-Leonard 8 Posted January 24, 2007 if I did not read the caption I would have totally missed the person. the initial shot did catch my attention, but it is too busy to really see the essence of that persons journey into the forest. I have cropped it and included the way I see it focusing the light and attention on that person. Since you are looking for a critique there it is, hopefully coming across constructive and giving you another perspective on how to make an already good photo feel different. Link to comment
jeffgermo 0 Posted January 24, 2007 Intersting perspective Leonard. Thanks for that. It's good to learn to pay attention to those kinds of details. I appreciate you taking the time to do that. Jeff Link to comment
alexfraker 0 Posted April 3, 2007 I love the way the light reaches out into the forest. I have always wanted to take a picture with the sunlight reaching out. Link to comment
