David, don't let these 3/3 ratings get you down - the photo is fantastic. Such a well placed shot, great sense of scale, great depth of field, and regarding the comment about the sky being overblown, I like the stark contrast. It looks like dawn is about to shine on your evil castle. Or, ominous clouds are about to roll in.

 

I was out on the Charles River in Boston this week trying to study how to best create that mist-water effectively - I should have just studied your piece!

Wow - you had much better weather than when I was up the Northumberland coast (on one of Lee Frost's trips). Beautiful shot!
