The main problem I have with the photo is a.) it doesn't appear sharp (not all photos need to be sharp - but this is a photo that needs a sharp face)...it almost appears like you might have cropped the photo with the resulting blow-up bringing out the grain, b.)face shadows are a bit heavy (again, sometimes heavy shadows work, but here I really want to see the expression on this man's face - that is what the whole photo is about c.)missing limbs...as a general rule, you go in tight on the face or if you show this amount of torso there needs to be hands showing (when was the last pro photo you saw showing this amount of torse without arms or at least a hand and wrist entering the frame?)

the reason is because it looks disturbing to see arms cut off.

Regardless of the above, the photo has some good energy. ken
