Somehow my eyes slip towards the left side, have you considered cropping a bit the right border? Or the bottom one (even if steps would be removed).

p.s.: Anyways, good clean shot, congrats.

Thank you all of you for your comments. Domen i live more space at the bottom deliberately because i think the photo have more depth like this. I understand your point make it more symmetric, and the bottom left its ain't stairs it is tiles attached to the wall. Yiannis

"Oh, shit", true, they ain't stair at all;) Well, I get your point too. While commenting I always "leave room" for personal interpretation and tastes and I know photographers themselves have reasons why they create pictures as they are. Congrats again!

p.s.: And thanks for commenting, btw;)

I also thought the tiles were stairs. I think it because the blue on white is so striking and intense that I didn't look at the detail of the tile. No matter, I really like the shot. Very good work. Why would anyone give this shot 3/3??????

I haven't found a photograph that compelled me to rate and comment in a loooong time, but this one really did. I love the simplicity. The touch of stone included in the corner turns a good photo into a great one...

Yes you are right, Simplicity is everything and that is what this composition is about. Beautiful and artistic.

Yiannis,

a stroke of genius to include part of the steps ! It gives an extra dynamic touch to this shot

Great composition Yiannis!!!

You must have skills and observation to pick out a simple pattern like this from a scene!

Keep shooting like this. This is photograph!!!

I have a small remark about a slight blue cast on the wall that you can easy remove.

Best Regards

Nikos.
