That's what I call good B/W photography ! I'm not sure, if this picture would be better with the full circle...

Nice shot. I agree with the others regarding the ripples. Full circle closer to the tree, maybe getting into the reflection.

This is an excellent black and white. I would like to not see the ripple in the foreground because I think it detracts from the subject. I love it!

I would say I know that tree -- except the one I know is too far away for this perspective-- part of the soothing universality here. The broken circle adds the connection to the rest of the universe, perhaps, though suggests serenity about to be rocked (slightly). Good.

Very nice. I'm torn about the ripple, though. It should be neater given how clean the rest of the composition is, I think.

Outstandingly executed. I think I'd like it better with the ripple cropped out of the bottom. I think the proportions would be better too.
