I join to the thoughts of Lesa, stunningly beautiful capture. This has so much power and feeling in it, that it allmost bursts out of the frame. Also the contrasts, both with the light/dark and the water/stone, help to form this captivating image. By making this square, you have managed to get the focus to the essentials. Very, very fine image, indeed.

Marcus, this is the best photo I have seen in a long time, very original, very intimate seascape!! Very good details, very close to the fury of the sea, excellent composition and the moods the sea and sky creates are just so great! I love this so much, regards, Rajeev 7/7.

If you have not thought of a B&W conversion, do so now! This is good.

As others have said, fantastic use of light and dark, color and grey. There's so much to this image. The water's motion, the texture of the rocks, the coming storm.
