shot this late afternoon as the warm June sun brought out the full

saturated colors of the waterfront town of Martigue which became the

bases for my watercolor rendition using my photoshop tools

I like the visual flow in your shot induced by the similarity of elements (Gestalt

Principle of unity ). The domination of vertical lines and similar shape has produced harmony of shapes. quite interestingly, there is a good balance in this image with the live vivid colors on the right balancing the low value color on the left. The asymmetry on the vertical and horizontal is obtrusive preventing stability and cessation of optical movement. The colors ( split complimentary color scheme ) is very eye-catching. Your choice of water color rendition has turned it into a very fascinating realism.
