Stunning colors and color contrast ! Wonderful lighting, very beautiful landscape

Stunning is the right word, this is beautiful. I haven't visited your portfolio in a while, you were great last time I was here and you have improved beyond that! These shots are spectacular!

Beautifully saturated colors, Tony. Even with the ominous clouds, it still has an inviting, warm and fiery glow. Picture-perfect postcard!

Picked up a British magazine today called "Digital Photo" which says on the front page: "How to be a Photoshop + Camera Expert". Hope I won't have to sue them for false advertizing. Been a long day and will be turning in soon.

I am totally jealous! When I was there, the mountain was hiding. This is an amazing image with a great sky ... and the colors are so unlike the "typical" Denali shot. Congratulations!

Thanks for your comment and don't be jealous. One of the curses and blessings of a photographer is that you could visit the same place 100 times (I have done it in a place 10 minutes from where I live) and it will never be quite the same. I am grateful for the few lucky ones I got in Alaska. A year later, I now know my D70 a little better and I have acquired a few other skills but I am sure if I return there next year in the Fall, I won't see this again. All the best for 2008.
