Couple on a sand little island

A simple nice shot. Color sheme is calm and tranqulizing ( mostly dominated by the blue ). color continuity with analogous color scheme helping easily and comfortably focus on the primary point of interest is great. The frame size exaggerates the horizontal lines which induces stability and calmness. The standing figures have created emphasis through position ( ROT ), contrast ( vertical against horizontal ), and recognition. They have occupied a small area with high contrast against a large low sontrast area therefore balance is achieved. The only drawback is the way the figures' heads is kissing the horizon.

Painters say this is a mistake. The head could be above the horizon or below it.

all in all, It's a good well exposed image. cheers.
