Hello Matt. This photo is framed very well and has the potential to be a truly smashing photo. The largest drawback is that the bird is so blurred, it looks more like a flying rag. If you could get the body of the bird sharp, you'd have a winner. Also, I think the photo could be a bit darker, maybe by a half a stop or so - some parts of the dog are over-exposed. If you use Photoshop, you could always brighten up the darker shade parts. Cheers, Micheal
