dean_cookson 0 Posted April 12, 2002 Like so many of your photos, this beautifully exposed and composed. Also like so many of your photos, I wish the scan were larger so I could actually see some of the detail that's obviously there. Link to comment
straycat 0 Posted April 13, 2002 I can't resist images like this. Just beautiful to look at along with a classic presentation. Link to comment
brucepercy 0 Posted April 16, 2002 See my comments regading 'Fennel, Pines, Grass'. Ditto applies here as in many of your images. Why don't you try colour? I'd be really interested to see what you made of it! :-) Bruce, Link to comment
philmorris 0 Posted April 17, 2002 Can you imagine a line of Swansons on your wall at home? I can. And all mine have got nice deep white matts and thin black frames. Everyone that comes in my house stops and gawps at them for ages. And because they're not signed I say I took 'em. Wish it were true. Link to comment
tom_westbrook 0 Posted April 27, 2002 Nice composition, but I think a little faster shutter speed would have shown the water better. As it is, the foreground flow is hard to see as water. Link to comment
lmgotts 0 Posted June 10, 2002 This seems very original to me. I agree with an earlier post in that I'd like to see a little more of the water, but on the other hand the water movement kind of looks like snow resting on the ground so it works (for me). The composition is really nice and for some reason there is a strong emotion for me in this image. I think it would look nice next to the Tilting Pine from Tilden! Soon... So what about [big] sticks as your schtick? As a former tree climber myself, I think it might work well for you. Link to comment
syl_f._greg 0 Posted March 7, 2004 Oh yes, I would like to see your images in a bigger size. This one is beautiful... Link to comment
